30-day money-back guarantee
MIRA AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Pro and Master). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact MIRA AI support and we will assist you in submitting the request to Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. If you are charged for a renewal you no longer want, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate.
