1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MIRA AI service (the "Service"), provided by MIRA AI ("MIRA AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

MIRA AI provides a decision intelligence engine that generates psychological profiling, scenario simulations and related insights. Outputs are produced by AI systems and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) and should not be solely relied upon for important decisions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others; (c) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, scraping or attempting to bypass technical limitations; (e) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors; (f) reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code; or (g) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

6. AI outputs and your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit and for how you use any outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; you should verify them and exercise independent judgement. You must have all necessary rights to the content you submit. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and content, and may suspend accounts in cases of repeated or serious violations.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, branding, design and documentation, is owned by MIRA AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to operate and improve the Service.

8. Plans, credits and billing

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans (currently "Pro" and "Master") that include a monthly allowance of credits. Each simulation or assessment consumes credits as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides primary customer service for orders and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, in case of: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the customer portal.

10. Service availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRA AI's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MIRA AI harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of: (a) content you submit; (b) your unlawful use of the Service; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MIRA AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
